Shipping & Delivery
What shipping options do you offer? We offer the following shipping methods to the continental United States:
- Express Shipping: 3-6 business days – $20
- Free Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days – $0 (on most orders)
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days – $10 (in some cases)
How long does it take to process my order? Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your package is on the way.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States (continental US). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories at this time.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We provide Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days) on qualifying orders. Express shipping is available if you need it faster.
Orders & Tracking
How can I track my order? Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link via email. You can also track it anytime in your Wamhalabs account.
Can I change or cancel my order? Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can usually make changes or cancel it.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your bedding, you can return it in original condition for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Please note that used or washed items may not be eligible for return.
How do I start a return? Simply go to your account > Orders, or contact our customer support. We’ll provide a return shipping label if approved.
Do you accept exchanges? Yes, we’re happy to help with size or style exchanges within 30 days.
Products & Quality
What materials do you use? Our pillows, blankets, and duvets use premium fillings (down alternative, memory foam, microfiber) and high-quality fabrics like cotton, bamboo, and linen blends. Most products are OEKO-TEX certified or hypoallergenic.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin or allergies? Yes, many of our items are hypoallergenic and made with breathable, skin-friendly materials.
How do I care for my bedding? Care instructions are included with each product. Most items are machine washable – we recommend following the tag for best results.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is my payment information secure? Yes, our website uses 256-bit SSL encryption. Your information is safe and never shared.
